Need help with computers?
Yesterday we got new dsl, and a wireless router, we have 2 laptops and a desk top. The one laptop and the desk top computer work fine, my one laptop will connect to the internet, but I cant use a browser. I get a 8e6 Mobile Client Error. I can check email, but not anything else...what is wrong? My kids use the laptops for school...and I need help getting them working.

if you are able to e mail your browser is working--i suppose you are using out look express which use pop.server which in fact uses your browser.
is it explorer not working correctly?
myself, i hate explore and use mazilla firefox, but you need an open browser to get it
simply try doing windows update and see if that helps
try going into control panel, folder options and restore default settings.
if this doesn't work i'm sorry to say i'd need more information

get a faster Internet.
You need an 10/100 FAST ETERNET DESKTOP ADAPTER.
It's for a wireless network too.
You may have it installed by a technician.
