My dv letter was refused!?
I have a collection account on my credit file that is not mine so I have disputed it a few times now. They have always been able to verify the debt to the collection agencies satisfaction so I decided to get smart and send them a certified return receipt requested debt validation letter and they refused it. What do I do now besides send proof the the credit bureaus that they refused it?

Send the credit bureau another dispute with a copy of the unopened, returned validation request. Indicate that they refused your request for validation.
