"Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses,[h] Simon, and Judas?" (Matthew 13:55). Check also... Gal 1:19; Jo 2:12; Jo 7:3-5.

    A little of apologetics:

Someones will say: "they were not brothers, but cousins".

Answer: In the greek new testament the word for brothers is "adelphoi" and for cousin is "anepsios". In those verses it's written "adelphoi".

They also will say: "But in the semitic language the word for brother was the same for cousin".

Answer: But the new testament (except matthew and hebrews) was written to a non-jew public who did not speak hebrew nor aramaic and did not know the semitic culture. So, when it says "adelphoi" (brothers) it's REALLY "adelphoi" (brothers).

The names of Jesus sisters are not mentioned anywhere in the New Testament.

Jesus brothers are mentioned in several New Testament verses.

The New Testament also tells us that Jesus had sisters, but they are not named or numbered Matthew 13:56.

Matthew 12:46, Luke 8:19, and Mark 3:31 say that Jesus mother and brothers came to see Him.

Matthew 13:55 tells us that Jesus had four brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas.

In John 7:1-10, His brothers go on to the festival while Jesus stays behind. In Acts 1:14, His brothers and mother are described as praying with the disciples.

Later, in Galatians 1:19, it mentions that James was Jesus brother. The most natural conclusion of these passages is to interpret that Jesus had actual blood siblings.

Mar 3:32 There was a crowd around Jesus, and someone said, "Your mother and your brothers and sisters [fn] are outside, asking for you."

Mar 3:33 Jesus replied, "Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?"

Mar 3:34 Then he looked at those around him and said, "These are my mother and brothers.

Mar 3:35 Anyone who does God's will is my brother and sister and mother."

No names of sisters, just reference to their existence.
