The answer to twins having the same fingerprints in no.
"The ultimate shape of fingerprints are believed to be influenced by environmental factors during pregnancy, like nutrition, blood pressure, position in the womb and the growth rate of the fingers at the end of the first trimester. Thus, you will find similar patterns of whorls and ridges in the fingerprints of identical twins. But there will also be differences -- just as there are differences between the fingers on any individual's hands."
And as for the clone question, if you were able to clone yourself your clone's fingerprints would differ from yours as well, because although you will end up having the same genetic material; the environmental conditions in the developmental phase of both parties would be differer because those condition would be impossible to replicate.

Fingerprints are unique to each person, even multiple births. I'm a triplet, and my two sisters and I do not have the same fingerprints. Fingerprinting is not a factor of DNA alone. The exact configuration of fingerprints has to do with many factors including temperature around the fetus during development which is very slightly different for each fetus even with two or more in the womb. Clones, though - that's interesting, a question I don't have an answer to...something to think about.

No, Fingerprints are developed by the baby rubbing its fingers on the inside of the womb. You're fingerprints also develop when you cut or burn your fingers and leave accidental scaring. So no, neither twins of clones would have the same fingerprint. I cant remember the exact number but I know the probabality of two people having the same Fingerprints is something trillion to one.

There has been cases where twins have the same fingerprints, but either way you can tell them apart from damage of the fingerprints that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
Invisible cracks and marks would not be the same.

That includes twins, and clones would be different to.

As has already been suggested, same twins don't have same fingerprints. in case you seem on the cloned cat, to illustrate, the fur coloration and layout is on no account the comparable because of the fact the fur of the "unique" cat. that's in simple terms by using complexity of environmental interactions. the comparable is actual of fingerprints that are desperate via small ridges deep on your epidermis tissue. This ridges do not replace throughout the time of your lifestyles time, yet they're unique to you and not completely in accordance with genetics. apart from, the older same twins get, the extra their DNA differs from organic differences that take place in each physique. that's extremely difficult to discover those ameliorations, in spite of the undeniable fact that, and takes so lots extra complicated and in intensity seem on the DNA so as to tell them aside. this could take place with human clones, to boot. you basically can not get each final factor to be the comparable because of the fact there are too many variables.

Fingerprints are unique. I dont even think clones would have EXACTLY the same. They might be similar but not the same.

yes. twins have the same fingerprints. and in theory so would clones. same DNA=same fingerptints. environmental factors may have an influence. for instance if one twin sucks his thumb when he sleeps it will be wrinkly and cracked after a while so the thumbprints would be slightly different. and for clones a simlar concept except the clones will have the same DNA but will be different ages. so the underdeveloped fingers of a baby/infant/child clone would be different than the original adult.
