When should I decrease my fish intake?

My husband and I will TTC in June or July. We eat fish 3 or 4 times a week. Should I start to decrease the amount of fish I would normally eat?

I think it depends on what kind of fish you eat. As long as you are eating fish with low mercury, you should continue to eat it. Fish is really good for you so I don't think you should stop eating it altogether.

    Here's a list of low-mercury fish:

You won't need to decrease your intake until you are pregnant.
