What to do with left-over tri tip?

I lucked out at the market and got a gorgeous piece of tri-tip that's big enough to feed 4 people, but there's only 2 of us. There's a huge chunk left over and I haven't a clue what to do with it tomorrow. We're not big sandwich eaters, and I guess I'm wondering how it would be to reheat as it is, or if anyone has some ideas. The meat was roasted in the oven and it's perfectly medium-rare.

Cheers !

It would make a great French Dip sandwich, even if you're not big on sammies. Spread a hot crusty loaf of french bread w/ mayo, provolone cheese, and add thin shavings of your steak that has been gently warmed in beef boullion or beef stock. Then serve the stock/boullion for dipping! Mmmm!

You can also chunk it up and make Beef Tips and Gravy over Noodles. Beef Stew w/ Potatoes, carrots, and Celery. Beef-Veggie Soup or Beef-Noodle Soup. Pull small chunks of it apart w/ 2 forks, douse in BBQ sauce, and eat as pulled beef bbq, either w/ a fork or on a toasted bun/bread.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aUALg

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

It's delicious sliced cold, with salsa or dipping sauces. You can reheat it, but do it gently. And even tho you're not sandwich eaters, there is nothing better that sliced tri-tip on garlic bread. Yum! It's also good sliced on top of a green salad, with tomatoes, onions, & cucumbers. (I like it warmed over a crunchy, cool salad.)

Hi. Slice into small chunks combine the cooked meat with rice or noodles then add a can of mushroom soup condensed or non condensed put it all in a casserole dish then

sprinkle cheese to cover all of the top then add seasoned croutons or non seasoned on top. Whalla your ready to bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 to 35 minutes. P.S if you like vegatables add corn or brocolli or what you like add it in with the rice & mix up. Hope you enjoy. Peace

cassie and kallis both have great ideas - it would be a great tasting stir fry and i love putting thin slices of a medium rare beef in my green salad along with feta cheese and having just the salad for dinner!
