Lady or the Tiger? Which came out the door?
Which one do you think came out of the door? Reasons would be nice.
No "Google it" please... all I get is summaries, the actual story or people going with one or the other without many reasons.

The problem with life is the IF/OR scanario. I read this story when I was in about 8th grade literature class...go in the one door, and you get eaten by the tiger, go in the other door and there is a beautiful woman.
But let me give you a piece of solid advice based on experience in life. Sometimes, both conditions are true at the same time...sometimes, the real answer to a paradox is that it is no paradox at all - when both conditions are simultaneously true or false.
In other words - the tiger came out of the one door and ate the lady in the other door and that was that. Paradox solved.

It's funny, I was just thinking about this story a couple of days ago, which I read ages ago in freshman english. I have to say, I didn't really like the story. I'm really trying to come up with an answer to the question, but I can't because there really is no good answer. I can pick one, but there would be no reason behind it. It's like asking the question "Was Pat from SNL a man or woman?" Well, Pat wasn't either, because that wasn't the point of it all. The point of it was for us to leave wondering and feeling like the character did. I really wish I could give you a better answer than that, but there really isn't one.
