It's not going to help you lose belly fat. Peanuts are chock full of fat. They're full of the good fats, that help block the bad fats and keep the bad cholesterol out. They're also great for meatless protein. But that being said, they are still full of fat. Are you eating salted nuts? If you love peanuts, try eating the unsalted kind, and start reducing your portions. Pay attention to the nutritional information on the jar, and try taking the recommended portion out, and putting the jar away. If you only give yourself a proper portion to begin with, you're more likely to eat them slowly and savour them. You will also be less prone to mindless eating.
Also, if your love of nuts isn't only reserved for peanuts, try almonds. Almonds are an amazing super food, full of protein, healthy fat, calcium, magnesium, and I could go on. Studies have also shown that women who added a handful of almonds to their regular daily diets lost weight, while those who didn't did not.
Nuts are an awesome and nutritious alternative to processed/sugary/carbo-loaded snacks, but you should definitely be careful not to fall into the "they're healthy, so it's ok" trap.

Peanuts are very high in protein, but on the other side they are also high in sodium. If you want to lose weight, diet right. And do standing sit-ups

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, some would state impossible, nevertheless the one method which really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it was featured in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off thrity pounds, it really does produce results!
