It even has pictures, er drawings. But it summary, it makes much of what comes out when we ejaculate. There are sperm from the testicles and other fluids from the seminal vesicles, but the prostate has many of those muscles that squirt your stuff across the room.

Check the drawings, it's an extension of the bladder and all the pee goes through it, touches the rectum and is felt for its size that way. It's the size of a walnut in young men, but can grow to the size of an orange and make it difficult to pee. Many say it gets enlarged and can become cancerous because of lack of ejaculations. All very BAD news.

I believe the first answerer is right to some extent. My husband says his doctor sticks his finger his rectum to check his prostate.

It is a big gland the size of a grapefuit inside a mans bunghole that makes some of the love juices. The balls make about 2/3rds and the prostate makes the other half. The juices are rich in protein which gives them the wonderful flavor. Good luck.
