What is the best way to consistent weight loss?

I work at a store, so I can't have anything to eat at work, and I am forced to eat out every day, a I work far from home. I have tried having just a salad for lunch, but it's not working. I have a healthful dinner when I get home, but I'm so hungry from not even being able to have an apple in the evening, I might overdo it.

I work from 11 am to 8 pm with a break for lunch. What is the best way to try and lose some weight?

Im taking plenty of fiber, veggies and fruit.

    Fruits and Veggies....eat more plants and stay away from food that was made in plants

    I'd take a 5 minute bathroom break and eat a snack or 2 at work so you are eating 5-6 times a day in total. For your bigger meals you should be eating protein, fiber, healthy fats, and some complex carbs. Green veggies are great, but alone, you'll only get 35-50 calories in a huge bag of spinach, for example. Proteins and healthy fats, along with the complex carbs, will help keep you satisfied longer, keeping you from being hungry all the time and allowing your body to keep its metabolism going throughout the day. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to eat an apple and a handful of almonds in the bathroom. And if you take a day or two out of your week to prepare foods for the rest of the week, you won't have to eat out. Try cooking 6 chicken breasts so you can have them for quick access to cut up over a salad, or mix with some whole grain rice and veggies for a quick dinner for the drive home!

    since your working from 11 am, try going out and jogging for an hour or so before you go to work. this'll help you lose weight, and have you feeling happy and energized, kinda like the energizer bunny, through most of the day.

    there really isnt much you can do.

    try to not eat greasy food, steak, too much noodles/rice for lunch.

    for dinner, eat porridge(good luck with that), or low calorie, high fibre brown rice, or some other such low calorie foods.

    salad has low calories as well. its filling as well. the green leafy vegetables, etc.

    The key for losing weight is not difficult - eat less food and exercise more - the problems surface when we really try to put that into practice! There are plenty of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren't there?! The sole diet that really showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN.
