where and how can i look at my medical history records. s.s.i. benefits are pending.?

social security and the judge in court needs to know. i need to show proof i have been in and out of hospitals/ Dr.'s offices all my life. (that i was born sick as a child) all of my doctors have passed on and hosp./ Dr's offices are no longer in business.

    Check with the last hospital you were at. they may have records. May want to check with your current Dr, they may also have your records. If you have a lawyer and you signed a medical release form the lawyers will do the search for you.
