    y/x = tan(θ)

    Plug in θ:

    y/x = tan(300°)

    Multiply both sides by x:

    y = tan(300°) x

    If you know how to do it, you can find:

    tan(300°) = - √(3)

    So that your final equation is:

    y = - √(3) x
