Get up in the morning looking normal and by bedtime I look 9 months pregnant.?

It's horrible. I wake up in the morning and my stomach is flat, then by 9 pm, I look like I'm 9 months pregnant and I can't even button up my jeans. I have been doing really good with my eating and not overeating. I get this really heavy feeling in my stomach and my chest during that time as well. Any ideas????

It is the bloating of yeast in your intestines and stomach. What other problems do you have? Do you have skin problems like itching during the day or dandruff or dry skin? Yeast in your body is no problem until it gets to be too much and you may be contributing to the yeast by what you eat or drink. Stuff like bread or pasta or sugary foods; alcohol or sodas, etc. Also make sure you are having regular bowel movements.

Also consider gravity. Do you remember that? When you sleep, you are not fighting gravity and everything is calm and can lay out. When you stand up, everything changes; everything has everything else on top of it and that is where your muscles come in.

    'Strengthen that gut.'

You will love yourself for it!

WOW...sounds like a gastric problem..maybe Irritable Bowel Syndrome..that is painful an bloating and horrible.

Talk to a doctor or try taking a priolsec every morning to coat your stomach....but you might need medication if it is IBS. My granddaughter had this same problem!
