Is there a way to easily move files and folders from Outlook Express to Office Outlook?

A co-worker was using Outlook Express, but wanted the features of Office Outlook and I convinced him to switch over. However, he has a lot of folders and files (emails) within those folders.

Is there a way he can easily move those folders and files over without having to create new folders and email all the files to himself?
