What foods give you vitamin B12?

i am a vegietarian so i do not eat meat which foods besides meat give vitamin b12

    Eggs, milk, cereals, and vitamin B12 fortified foods such as veggieburger mixes, soya milks, and vegetable and sunflower margarines.

    dairy products such as organic cheese, eggs and some seaweed. also vegan food is usually fortified with vitamin b12

    Dairy products, such as cheese, milk, and yogurt

    Fortified cereals

    If your able to, you can also buy a vitamin b-12 supplement at any health food store or pharmacy

    Eggs, dairy, foods fortified wth B12, nurtitional yeast, even draft beer if your old enough to drink.

    Milk and eggs.

    Any animal product really, some cereals and plant milks are also fortified with b12.

    Found in animal foods only. You can take a B12 supplement.
