Do you sometimes feel like you are too nice to people?

I know for a fact I'm too nice...way too tolerant and forgiving of others' mistakes and overlook their faults in the hopes that there is something redeeming about them, for no other reason than that I WANT it to be there. If I hear a sob story, I feel like I have to jump in and be the one to make it all better, to make up for what wasn't...that's just me. And I get used and trampled on as a result.

too nice and it's sad too because others prey on it.

another sad thing is that i've removed myself from social to avoid this happening when all possible.
