Whenever my dog has a bit of blood in his stool I de-worm him. Where I live, that is a symptom of worms. It goes right away after that.

Most puppies have worms, so bring him to the vet. Once he gets older you can treat him yourself.

My dog is on a de-worming program every other month whether or not I see anything.

In the meantime, don't let him lick your mouth. You can get worms from him. No puppy kisses.

    Vet, vet, VET!

He's 9 weeks old. Anything could be serious. Don't trust you breeder (nor us, for that matter), trust your vet.

And how many movements has he had in a few hours?
