You could get a nice picture frame with your best picture together in it. The store Things Remembered has some lovely frames.

Or If you're looking for another good idea, these personalized soaps from http://www.soapcard.com/ might do the trick. They make soaps with your photo or message embedded inside. I got one for my boyfriend and he loved it. You can write all kinds of funny stuff.... My boyfriend thought it was super cute! .the "Think of me when you're feeling dirty" soap was the one he loved the most...

Get him a video game you can play together. Maybe tickets to an event. Just think about what 14 y/o boys like to do and go have fun.

Take him out to the movies and pay for everything.

Get him a new wallet, a new cd and poster from a band he might like.

If he likes music or dvds why not buy him a £10 hmv voucher he can spend it on whatever he wants.

You could make something to do with him. but put loads of effort into it. make a fld out card or a booklet about his future. but make it funny. also if u r rolling in it anything from apple is good ( ipod, itunes)

Maybe a C.D or a gift card to his favorite store. If he has and i-pod get him i Tunes, or and i pod case.
