There are many lamps in RuneScape.

Genie Lamp - Give 10x the lvl in xp that you chose, (i choose attack which is 15 so i get 150xp)

Antique Lamp - Achievement Diaries (varies from 500xp, 1k, 5k and 10k)

Blessed lamp - Great Brain Robbery Quest (5k xp)

Combat lamp - Contact! Quest (7k xp in 2 skills)

Dreamy lamp - Dream Mentor Quest (15k)

Mysterious lamp - Troll Stronghold (10k xp on any skill over 30)

The XP you get from the lamp depends on the skill you select. The amount of xp you get = the level of the skill X 10.

For example, if you chose a skill that was level 43, then you would get 430 xp.

its a genie lamp that you can only get through a random encounter with a genie. you cannot buy or trade these.
