I'm looking for a news story that was on Yahoo?

I saw a news story about a month ago that was featured on the Yahoo homepage features section. It had to do with New Years resolutions and referenced a book. The book was an older book and had to do with opening up creative thought. The one part of the book I remember was taking an hour per day to think about just one thing.

I saved the page to my favorites but it no longer links to it. I have searched and searched but can't find the article and can't remember the name of the book.

Any ideas????

Thanks Mary but I've already read the Bible from cover to cover a couple of times. I'm looking for a different book at the moment. Thanks anyhow.

    Try the King James Bible and start with the book of John.

    Then start reading the Psalms and Proverbs.
