Fun things to do in Kansas City.?
My husband and I are going on a small trip to Kansas City at the end of Feb. We have a child, whom is 1. What are some fun things to do? I don't expect much for him at his age. Is the body art anatomy traveling museum still there?

There's a Wizard of Oz exhibit at Crown Center which is free. www.crowncenter.com
Try the BBQ while you're here -- I'm required to say that as a Kansas City native.
The Nelson Atkins museum is amazing and free.
ummm... that's about it. There's not much to do but drink... hence, why I'm moving out after 13 years in May.

There is a place at the Legends called the T-Rex Cafe and he can build his own dinosaur but they have big dinosaur replicas so he might get scared at that, but the body anatomy thing is not here anymore.

The body museum is not here currently... At the linda hall, we currently have this blind thing... where you have to act like your blind, to feel how they feel, so you like eat at a resturant where its COMPLETELY dark, and do activities... I'm not sure if thats fun for him though =p.
