Is there anything I can do? (heartbroken friend)?

My best friend (17) has had to break up with her boyfriend (18) because she couldn't cope with all the things she had to do , and was falling behind with school work and her being responsible , she decided she had to break things off (he wanted to see her 4ish times a week , but she could only give him Saturdays/sundays , and then she had no time for herself)

They'd been together for a year , first love. They really were in love...and were each others first times. Clearly they both love each other... and she is really really really distrought.

they broke up on saturday , and yesterday she was being sick all day because she was crying so much etc (and she's a girl who never ever cries)

She doesnt want to get back together with him because she feels itd be unfair to keep changing her mind , and she also realises they broke up because she couldnt cope.

Is there anything I can do/say? I care about her so much and i dont like seeing her like this.

I don't know what to do.
