recovery rebate question.. ?

My ex husband and I rotate years when claiming our daughter as a dependant on taxes. Last year he claimed her and got the 300 from the stimulus payment for her. This year i claim her, do i get the 300 that i didnt recieve last year? She lives with me and my husband.

    If you are claiming a child you did not claim in 2007 then you could be eligible for the extra $300 this year. It will be shown on your income tax return, but the IRS might delay this amount of your refund due to verification of the stimulus amount.

    If you did not receive a stimulus payment last year that you now qualify for, you will receive the extra payment as part of your tax refund.

    In your case you could be eligible for up to an additional $300 for your daughter.
