how to stop calls from 502-569-1388?
i keep getting msgs for someone else from this number but you can't call it back and the message doesn't give the company or callers identification: there's no way to ask them to stop. i've reported it several times to the national do not call registry, nothing is working. does anyone know who this is or how to stop it?
by the way, i have no home phone, my cell is all i have. calling them back is not an option, and leaving a message is not an option. changing my cell number is also not an option

Have you reported this to the police, to the phone company. The phone company should be able to block you from getting any calls from this number.

All you can do is ignore it or change your number. Eventually you will be home to get the call and you can tell them its not the correct number then. I wouldn't give them any more info then that. If they ask for confirmation of the address and you give them your address, if they don't believe the number is wrong you may find yourself getting collection letters or even collection agents knocking at the door. Just tell them that they have the wrong number, the person does not live there and you don't know who they are and leave it at that. If you can find out who the company is though that will help you to complain.

That is an unpublished number. Its likely a creditor or a collection agency.
I used to get calls like that at 2 in the morning. I called back and left them a message telling them that I knew who it was and their address. If they didnt stop calling me, I was going to McVeigh their building!
The calls stopped after that.
