am i wrong about how things work?

if your here on a work permit and your not working and paying on your permit you have to leave. also if you have dual citizen-ships your free to live in either country.

Update:

i know this is two diffrent subjects but what im wanting to know is a work permit allows someone in here to work if there not going to be working the have to leave right? also dual citizen ships allows people the right to live here and in the country they came from right?

Citizens do not have to apply for any permit, we are citizens and can work when and where we want.

A work permit is usually given when there is a need somewhere and people fill it.. You don't normally pay on the permit ..

This year there will probably be no permits to pick tomatoes, lettuce, and other field jobs as we out of work Americans can start picking our own lettuce and tomatoes.. A lot of good minimum wage jobs that we can start filling and start turning our economy around.. Be a change from pounding nails.
