what is the name of the defense attorney for Derek Chauvin, and do not agree he seems really good? why or not?
when it is OBVIOUS that the stock market is in a massive bubble, why do people keep buying MORE stocks at inflated prices?
do they really really think that the money that they may make would be worth the huge and likely risk of them losing all their money?

Chauvin's attorney KNOWS that he is out-played on MULTIPLE levels. One would have to be QUITE naive to believe that attorney gives a shyte about that worthless filthy PIG going to prison. He's only there to collect a check. This case is easy money for him. The prosecution, on the other hand, is producing so many RECEIPTS that we can't keep up with it. The pig will fry, that's for sure.

Had to sympathize with Eric Nelson trying to pronounce somke of those medical terms. Foolish to work alone while prosecution has several specialists. Has an impossible task to prove that nmurdering swine innocent

Chauvin's attorney is a joke and I think he is trying to help him lose so that he doesn't suffer retaliation if he gets him off.

I don't think the skill of the lawyer will save Chauvin, since this has the ear marks of a psyop. He will be convicted because powerful people are willing to destroy his life as part of a psyop. Under normal circumstances, any halfway decent lawyer would get Chauvin acquitted because the body cam footage told a different story.
I highly recommend everyone watch the body cam footage that had to be leaked onto YouTube. It showed the police were in fact quite kind to him, offering to rolll the windows down or turn the AC on. It Also showed Floyd resisting arrest, and saying he couldn't breathe before the was on the ground. There are multiple videos leaked because of multiple body cams.

His name is Eric Nelson. I’m not sure how good he really is. He’s definitely an experienced attorney, but he’s by himself instead of collaborating with other lawyers. There’s some points and opportunities that he’s missed to attack the case. I think his defense is kind of ridiculous though. He’s kind of grasping at straws. I know he will attack the cause of death, but I’m not sure it will work. Im almost 100% sure there will be at least a manslaughter conviction. No matter what was the actual cause of death, chauvin was negligent at a minimum. He knew Floyd had no pulse and did not get up, reposition him, or attempt CPR. He did not act according to his training, nor was it reasonable. That’s manslaughter. If they can prove he had intent to assault Floyd, that’s murder. I’m not sure if they’ll get a murder conviction. It may be a hung jury, but hopefully they will at least agree on the manslaughter. Chauvin is definitely guilty of something. You know he acted badly when all his fellow officers are testifying for the prosecution.
I think his lawyer is just desperately trying to cast doubt on the case. The defense doesn’t have to prove anything, they only have to get a jury to have reasonable doubt. His theory that the crowd made him do it is absurd. He’s saying the crowd was both distracting and threatening, which caused him to use more force on George Floyd. It’s ridiculous. The crowd was angry because he was hurting Floyd. If he had stood up, the crowd wouldn’t have been so angry. He’s also trying to say that George Floyd was some huge threat, even after he was non responsive. Once Floyd was handcuffed, unconscious, with no pulse, any perceived threat was completely gone. That was the time to stop immediately and provide medical care, no excuses. The defense has no justification for that. The crowd theory is BS because they were offering to do CPR. Their agitation was from their desperation to stop a murder and the cops refusal to provide life saving medical attention in a timely manner. The more the defense tries to justify it, the more I think he’s guilty. Chauvin hasn’t showed an ounce of remorse or emotion. If this was truly an accident, where is his guilt and remorse? People who kill by accident usually feel terrible about it. They don’t blame everyone else for their actions instead.

He seems kind of nervous and inarticulate . The prosecutor seems more effective.
