Actually, II feel more in tune with....the megalithic people! More people in the British Isles, including the English, actually descend from people who were here post-Ice Age or arrived in the neolithic, than from Saxons or celts (that's if you take celts to mean peoples coming from central Europe.). I had suspected this for some time (though I hadn't expected the numbers to be quite so high) and had my dna tested, and they believe my female ancestor arrived in Ireland via the western seaboard just within the scope of agriculture....

Well, I have a lot Irish and English, but there is evidence some of my Irish ancestors may have also had a little English in their background; and my English ancestors may have been part Irish and/or Scottish. So Celtic, Anglo-Saxon, etc. I also have some German, both gentile and Jewish. I guess that means Middle Eastern included if you go back far enough.

My heritage is a combination of Norse, Scots Gaelic, Cymraeg, Saxon, and Pictish: of all of them, I probably feel the Norse and Gaelic most. This could have something to do with living in Scotland, or Gàidhlig being such a beautiful language, or even that when re-enacting the Dark Ages, I primarily portray a Viking. I really couldn't say.

straightforward - Irish, a minimum of out of that checklist. i could besides the shown fact that do Dolores O'Riordan... edit ok Panther, any Irish accessory LOL For Eartha's benefit - my popular accessory of all time for which i will generally be became on is Corriedale Merino circulate... Oh Baahbara ROFL Edit @ Eartha, we've an entire supplement of vowel sounds, even even with the shown fact that i will admit to having some further consonants thank you to that stressful dependancy of Maori to make that ..ng.. sound that us white persons in simple terms are no longer able to look to get our epiglottises around. I devoid of issues do no longer see the australian fascination with sticking further vowels into completely sufficient words like pool "peeeule" or intercourse "seeix" and then making each and each assertion maximum appropriate right into a query like "How crap are we at rugby?" mutually as the time-honored australian already knows of that we beat you 9 activities in a row.
