Powers denied to Congress?

What are some of the bigger powers denied to Congress?

I know they can't:

Impose Illegal punishment

Suspend habeus corpus... what are some other big ones?

    Choosing the President. Basically, Congress can make laws, govern trade, levy taxes, advise and consent on many Presidential appointments. Anything not spelled out in the Constitution is denied to Congress. Oh, and no ex post facto laws.

    Power denied? Congress if need be can get with the American people and do anything they want. This being they can kick a president out if need be as well! Congress is very very powerful.
