Hey guys, I got a 22" ball python, and I have a question about using an under tank heater. Where should the pad be placed: directly in the middle, near/under his hide rock, or somewhere else? With my heatlamp placed in the middle of the tank, my thermostat shows 85*, and the heat pad is currently on the left, with half of the hide rock covering the heat pad. Should this be changed??

My girlfriend bought me a 6ft Red Tail Boa for my birthday (I've owned snakes before, but nothing bigger than 3.5ft, and never a boa or python), so my question is: how often do you feed these, and what should you feed them? I've seen online that some people feed them rabbits or large mice, but how often do you feed them, and do I kill them first? My previous snakes have eaten dead mice, goldfish, or other little snake foods, but nothing as large as a rat...

Its coming with all the accessories, tank, heatlamp, etc...

Would anything get done if we took the members of Congress, and sent them to a crappy little motel 8 in the southern parts of Texas for two months (feeding them only McDonalds and Ramen noodles), and replaced them with average, educated people? I mean people who earn around 30-50K a year, have 2.3 kids, people that are educated, and have good credit/spending abilities, wouldn't we be more accurately represented in our own governement?

I personally think they could accomplish more in two months than our government could in 50 years....

How can the legislative branch check the President and the Courts? What power do they have to do this?

What are some of the bigger powers denied to Congress?

I'm looking at a 1999 F250 Superduty 7.3 Diesel. This would be used as a daily driver/weekend workhorse/toy.

I need to know if you can take out a car loan for more than what you're spending on the car? Example, if the car+title+plates=$4000, but the car will need new tires in the near future or some parts replaced, can you take out an auto loan for $5000?

I need something for when I decide to go a little offroad, and give a little boost when plowing, one rear tire spinning isn't gonna get stuff done too quickly...

Also, what other types of lockers are good for both off and on road use? Do the ARB air lockers need the air pump refilled?

I just bought a Flow snowboard, and the screws from my bindings don't want to screw in more than 1 and half turns (not nearly enough). So I'm wondering if there are different thread types for different boards, and if so, how do I find out, possibly a website? Or should I just use a screw driver and use a little force to get it in?

I'm thinking about getting a 97 Wrangler Tj 4x4, I need it for these great Wisconsin winters and some "minor" offroading, nothing too serious though. I found these lockers, and I don't know what the difference is really (27 or 30 spline, dana 35 or 44??). When turned "on", will the tires be spinning together, like a welded rear end?

Also, which is more needed to run 31" aggressive tires, a 3in body lift, or a 4 inch suspension lift. If I want the lockers (which I do), I really only have money for one of the lifts at this time... I'm taking the tires off my old 91 cherokee that died on me three days ago, brand new tires...

I have a 2000 M5 project car that I finished up, and I've got time and some money to make it a little more "me". I love the idea of the e46 M3 CSL, but what do you think of a more hardcore e39 M5?

And please, please leave out any "rich kid" comments and sh*t like that, I'm not rich, nor are my parents, I just took out some loans and I want my car unique.

Now I'm thinking of making my own homemade version of an M5 "CSL", i know they dont' really exist, but the idea intrigues me. No, I wont put the CSL badge on the trunk, but what do you think about the VIS Carbon fiber vented hood, VIS carbon trunk, lightweight seats, removing some unnecessary stuff (sound deadening in trunk area) for weight saving area?

At my school, my M5 dynoed in at 346 to the wheels, right around where it should be. For the engine I've got plans for the Shark injector programmer, modified air intake (air intake tubes getting air from fog light holes), Rogue underdrive pulleys, custom modified exhaust, some drilled and slotted rotors with some better (hawk) pads, and my Toyo Proxy sticky tires?

I had a problem with my 91 Cherokee Sport 4x4. The rear was welded for offroad purposes, making city driving unbearable with all the squeeling and tire wear (aggressive tires). What kind of rear end can I use to drive around in winter, while still keeping the offroad performance that the welded rear delivers (limited slip diff)?

** Before the welded rear end only my right rear tire would spin on slippery surfaces. This is a problem as my 4wd sometimes doesn't work at all...

The cigarette lighter on my 2000 A6 is not working. I need it to plug in my GPS, does it matter that the car is German, while the GPS is american? Is there an adapter for aftermarket GPS?

Could it be a fuse, if so, which one(s)?

I've got a great idea on how to stop stupidity from spreading in the US. Sterilization! I know you can't legally sterilize stupid people against their will, so why not set up a program to do it? It would operate like this:

You run an ad or commercial during the Country Music Awards and on BET, offering $1000 to anyone willing to get a sterilization procedure done on themselves. Have them fill out the proper legal documents, and I'm sure the lines would be a mile long in bigger cities. This would in effect lead to the decline in the breeding of low IQ individuals, making the US a somewhat more manageable place to live in the future.

What do you think about that?

Now these car companies are asking for 25 billion dollars to bail them out, GM estimates 4 months until they are out of cash. I think I have a solution:

Quit bailing out these corporations, and bail out the people. Why not give the taxpayers back their money, and let them spend it? Why would we give money to these companies to build cars nobody can afford to buy?

Has no one else thought of this, why isn't this being proposed???
