What you need to do, is have a balance meals, and eat healthier and better things, for your body. Also don't stress about things, that you don't have to worry about. If you have a problem, ask somebody for help. The more you skip school, the more your going to do it, and get use to it, and then you'll be behind, and won't graduate, and you probablly won't have a bright future.

Is this a medical problem? Why are you not used to going to school everyday? You may need to see a doc to find the real cause as it is not usual for school age children/teens to feel that way just for spending time at school.

You can take naps after you come back from school. That's what I remember doing. Or you could go to bed earlier. Like at least 8 hours before you are supposed to wake up.

try and make something to look forward to everyday, even if its just the way youre gonna do your hair or the hoodie youre gonna wear to school or something. get to bed early ish, and dont eat just before you go bed.
