A typical motorcycle engine this size puts out 12 to 15HP. This is off a lawn mower, probably intended to produce 3 - 5 HP.
I couldn't find definitive numbers on the internet, even for rated RPM. Some guys claim 3600 rpm rated speed and 6000 rpm capability with a new carb and minor mods.

If you do the mods as above to rev high, it may put out up to about 7 - 9 HP, about as much as a Honda 70 to 90.
