My Tafe uses a strange proxy setup where they require you to view a login page under normal proxy config (auto)

and then require you to change proxy settings within the broswer to be able to surf the web.

This can't be done on the iPad, what can I do about this? is there an app or anything that I can use?

My onboard video does a fine job but my card really struggles, I just wonder if it is the card?

I've got a few questions that I want a community to answer but they are too personal for a network as big and as open as Yahoo Answers, I still use Yahoo but not for questions such as the ones I have now. They are too much of a personal problem.

At the moment I have the on-board Intel Extreme Graphics running all my video processing, it does pretty well for itself actually. However I have this GeForce4 MX440 laying in my old, inoperative (but working) computer. I was wondering if its worth swapping that card into this computer to replace the on-board graphics?

I am building an electric trike thing and I need a throttle to regulate the current (which will be quite allot!) to the motor.

I am about 6 foot 3 inches, i weigh about 65 kilograms (or 140 pounds) and i can manage 17 proper full pushups in one go before my arms give out. How long do you think it will take to be able to do 100 in one go if i'm doing about 40 a day?

I need to build a go-kart for school, and I would like to know if a 2 stroke lawn mower engine will run off of ethanol? because its cheaper and probably more environmentally friendly. also, what are some other alternative fuels for a petrol engine?

right, I have an Ethernet card on my PC and I have a high high high speed internet connection, I just got a 360 and its in my bedroom, so i don't interrupt the family's use of the main television... anyway... my theory is to buy an ethernet to usb adaptor, and then connect the internet to my pc, via the usb, which CAN be done, then I will purchase a 20 meter ethernet cable and use windows ICS to transfer it to my bedroom. sounds too good to be true really... its only going to cost about 30 bucks, please tell me anything that MIGHT be the problem with this =)
