How long until i can do 100 pushups in one go?
I am about 6 foot 3 inches, i weigh about 65 kilograms (or 140 pounds) and i can manage 17 proper full pushups in one go before my arms give out. How long do you think it will take to be able to do 100 in one go if i'm doing about 40 a day?

depends on your training routine but it should take a few months maybe 6.
i worked up to about 120 after one yr. i have the training log. i was doing 100 every other day. doing sets of 10,15 and 25 for a total of 100every workout.once every 2 weeks i would see how many reps i could max out on.
when i reached 120. i pulled a muscle in my back. had to quit for awhile and never got back to doing many pushups.
also,my arms were huge. even bigger than when i lifted weights.
when i was doing them i was 6',180lbs. had a great upper body and thats the only exercise i did.

I maxed out at 63 in one go when I was 17. I was strong from surfing and weightlifting. Lifting weights will help tremendously. With pushups you don't even lift the entire weight of your body. With weights you will progress faster and be able to lift way more than you weigh.
This is really about the voltage/amps question. A car battery has what are called cranking amps. I studied electronics and I still have some of my text books. Set up your email through this site and I'll find out what you need and email it to you. Good luck with the pushups.

pushups, crunches and leg will boost are comprehensible for that many reps. yet once you're lifting 30lbs for one hundred reps, then you relatively are lifting too easy. boost the burden and make sure you're able to do no greater suitable than 15-17 reps according to set.. additionally, you arent working a brilliant selection of muscle tissues with weights. in case you decide directly to get ripped, you are going to be able to desire to function weight to your different workouts. carry out a little pullups too. and dont forget approximately leg workouts

Dude you're really really really weak. I play soccer and I am 6'0 foot and I weigh 151 pounds. I can do 40 pushups and 20 weighted pushups.
You don't really need to be able to do 100 pushups because you wont gain mass really. As long as you can do 50, you are good. BUt for you, the trick is gaining some mass. I gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks by eating a lot of carbs and protein. Your body is a bit deficient Im afraid.
