so anyways living in vegas friend and i had this idea to open a card room. plenty of places to rent. Would i hve to get a gaming liscence if thats all ill have is poker? gme of skill not luck as for the online poker community right?
there are a ton of lawyers who like poker
im not worried about security and camera s but would i need a gaming liscense?

at my poker club we have lawyers, doctors, dentists, all sorts that play...what a stupid answer...really

Yes. You would also have to install security cameras to meet state requirements as well as meet accounting standards, etc.
