How to get Doom 1 on my computer?

I would like to play the original Doom on my laptop. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit edition. I want just a simple .exe or something where it is very easy to install and use. I don't want one of those downloads with a ton of different files that I don't know what to do with. Anyone know a free way to do this easily?
