I have some delicious hot/spicy homemade tamales to eat and I want to dip them in something...?

I wish I had sour cream, but I don't. What would taste better...ranch dressing or mayo?

The ranch...and you might even want to stir a couple of spoons of salsa into the ranch....I had a turkey sandwich tonight with an avocado ranch that was tasty...and that made me think of the salsa to add to your ranch...

Enjoy! There is nothing quite so good as home-made tamales!

Hey if you took the time to make home made tamales you should take a few extra minutes and make you some "Salsa Verde" green salsa it is simple to make and it goes great with tamales.

P.S. Although your tamales are hot/spicy when you deep them in salsa verde and perhaps drizzling the ranch over it would not be a bad idea.
