What does this mean everytime I start up get?

error loading C;PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL I get this pop up everytime I start my HP Vista desktop how do I get it out of my computer any ideas thanks

C;\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.\M3PLUGIN.DLL savvy ans. good will put on another cat

    im guessing you have an error with a plugin or maybe you have something set to run when your computer starts up that got deleted or has a virus and cant run?
