Do you republicans share Kay Baily Hutchinson belief about infrastructure spending?

Kay believes that during the Bush Administration the Military and Defense spending and infrastructure spending we did in Iraq counts as current economic stimulus spending for our country's benefit.

Update:

Only part of Kay's job is to get money for her constituents. The rest of her job (which I would estimate to be at aboyt 65% - 75% is to look out for the best interests of the ENTIRE COUNTRY. Since they didn't do that for 6 of the last 8 years and a bunch of the years in the two administrations previous to Bush, they should really start to get on the job, don't ya think?

Apparently no republicans want to address the topic.

You probably can deduct what their opinion on it is be recalling that they played the part of cheerleader while congressional republicans rubber stamped the use of hundreds of billions of taxpayers dollars for infrastructure projects in Iraq.

Projects like building the military barracks in Iraq that electrocutes U.S. soldiers when they take a shower.

That is insane, it wasn't even in our economy, and Halliburton changed it's headquarters to Dubai presumably to avoid paying tax on its foreign income we paid.

Hutchinson is a neocon, however. They should have their own party.
