changing rear ends on my gmc ?
i have a 85 jimmy lifted on 38's with a dana 44 front 700r4 with the 208 and a 10 bolt on the back. i want to replace my rear with a 14 bolt what needs to be done. i think the rear ends has the stock 2.73 gears in it. i know i can get a 14 with 4.10's. planning on getting 4.56 gears down the road

Well as for changing the rear ends.It's a simple swap.Unbolt your old one and bolt in the new one.But make sure you keep both axle ratios the same.Other wise you will blow the transfer case.
