    C) are procaryotic

    This is not really a good question. We don't call them "blue-green algae" any more. The more commonly accepted name for them is "cyanobacteria." Your textbook must be old.

    Edit: Neither blue-green algae nor Protista have tissues. How the heck did the other two responders get Top Contributor badges? Thumbs down to them.
