anyone interested in rescuing a thoroughbred?
An older gentleman is going out of the horse business. If homes are not found for his horses some 20, they will be going to one buyer in Colorado and then shipped for slaughter to Canada. please contact remembermerescue@live.com

I am not sure if this will help...i personally know an owner of a rescue shelter in new hampshire called live and let live farm. the rescue mainly horses but also some other animals as well. I don't know about the availability right now but please visit liveandletlivefarm.org. this way you can get in contact with the owner and find out more information about the farm which she could explain better than i could about their policies and procedures

I swear to god if i had the money, and i didnt board at my grampas i would totally help one! Im really sorry that he has to go out of business. I REALLY hope you get him a good home
