Can we bathe cats with soapy water mix with clorox?

No, you should not bathe your cat with any product that contains bleach. Cats spend hours licking their fur after you bathe them, and if there's any bleach left on them they can get sick from it and quite possibly even die.
If your kitty has fleas, flea shampoo is usually not more than 5 or 7 bucks in the store. If you're really broke and cant afford even that (hey, I've been there) you can use people shampoo or mild hand soap or even dish soap. Alot of people might disagree with me on that, but I've used all 3 (not at the same time) and it never hurt the cat. Just be sure to wash it off really well. Dawn dishsoap is actually really good to use if the cats get grease on them from getting underneath the car and sleeping up near dirty parts of it.
Just FYI I have found that it's much easier to bathe the cat if you do it in the kitchen sink. The sink is big enough to bathe the cat, but not so big that they have lots of room to try to escape, like the bath tub. It's also much easier because the swiveling faucet in the kitchen makes it easier to rinse the cat off, and you have much better control of the squirming cat if you are in a standing position, unlike kneeling by the tub. If you try the sink, just be sure to move away any objects near the sink that the cat might try to grab or knock over while you bathe him.

Soapy water, yes. NO CLOROX.
Know why? Here's why:
You can't wash all of it out. No, don't argue, you can't do it.
Soak a shirt in bleach. Now, put it on. YOU know not to go lie on the couch, your cat doesn't. Hello, pale spots on everything.
Oh, and it's also burning your skin, isn't it?
If it isn't burning yet, act more like a cat. Got something on your sleeve? Lick it off. Bored? Lick yourself. Comfortable? Lick yourself.
Burning yet?

Why in God's green earth would you use bleach on your cat? NO! You wouldn't ingest it so why do you think that it would be OK for a cat who licks and washes their fur. You wouldn't be able to totally rinse it would the cat may ingest it.
Why do you want to do this?
