How can I lose 15 pounds before my birthday?

My birthday is July 14, I'll be turning 17! I'd like to lose 15 pounds, don't worry I'm overweight by like 25 or 30 (>.<) so it's not like I'm a twig and trying to get even skinner. I just wanna look/feel healthy! Help with exercise and diet plans? Any tips on how to stop eating as often as I do and what I can bring for lunch at school or fit in for a breakfast early but quickly before school? Thank you C:

    for breakfast you can eat cereal (healthy) with skim milk and fruit, yogurt(low fat), breakfast bar,( a healthy one) whole wheat toast with jelly, oatmeal, you can microwave it. For lunch, salad with low fat dressing,(really watch the dressing regular ones have lots of fat and calories for just 2 tablespoons) you can add some chicken for protein. Turkey on whole wheat bread, yogurt and fruit, fruit salad, veggies, you can dip them in low fat dressing.

    If you could join a gym that would be fantastic. You shoud start running, start off slow walking fast and running for 2 minutes and build up your time. Running really burns fat and helps change your body. do 30-45 minutes of cardio, elliptical, bike, arc trainer(my fav.) or treadmill 4-5 days a week. Also do weight training, use the machines at first. By using weights and doing cardio together it burns more fat and calories and your body will change shape, loose weight and inches. If you cant join a gym, walk or run and get some exercise dvd's.

    If you are able to join a gym and go faithfully (make it a life long thing, not just untill your birthday) and watch your diet you will be able to loose all the weight by your birthday and will be slim and hot, and feel healthy and have alot of self confidence, which is the most important thing. Good for you for wanting to become healthy, do it for yourself and you will be so much more happy. I started 4 months ago at a gym and i am addicted and feel so good. It has changed my life.

    i got here across the e book to be very informative and uncomplicated to examine. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms in contact that i'm dropping too lots weight, too right this moment. i will admit i haven't accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet as a rule) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It of course works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the residing daylights out of me as a results of volume that i could lose. So thank you returned for the tips. i've got by no skill offered something like this previously as a results of fact they're in many situations crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start at present!

    I just wrote my friend a diet today, so ill copy and paste it!

    Diet!

    1. Water water WATER!!!!! Drink about a gallon of water a day. I know, it seems like a lot, but it will de-bloat you. A gallon = about 4 1 liter bottles or 8 regular- sized bottles.

    2. Workout. You MUST work out to lose weight, there is NO way around it (besides lipo, but who can afford that?) Do about an hour of cardio 3-5 times a week, or more if possible (powerwalking is good, jogging or join the gym and do treadmill or elliptical). You may not be able to do it at first so take it 15 mins at a time, start on 15, then the next day do 30 and before you know it you’ve done an hour! Cardio if the fastest and most efficient way to burn fat! Also, try to do some weights like 2 or 3 times a week. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will burn during cardio. The best weight exercises are anything that works your legs because it burns the most calories. If you are able to work out some days in the morning it’s the most efficient and jumpstarts your metabolism for the rest of the day. Remember to eat after working out! Yogurt is my favorite because it has protein to help your muscles and carbs to replenish energy.

    3. NEVER eat anything WHITE. Always go for whole wheat or grain breads pastas etc.

    4. If you need a snack, go for fruit, low fat string cheese, low fat/ fat free cottage cheese or yogurt (light n fit is the best, low calories and bigger container, how do they do it? It’s amazing.)

    5. For main meals, stick to salads! Watch out for creamy dressings, even if they’re low fat/fat free instead go for vinegar and oil-not vinigarette they tend to have hidden fats/ carbs that you don’t need. Try adding grilled, lean meat like turkey, chicken or steak to your salad – NEVER fried!! Also try to avoid cheese on salads unless you make it yourself and use low fat/ fat free cheese! If at a restaurant, avoid cheese on your salad completely. Also avoid crutons, extra useless carbs!

    6. For breakfast, yes, you MUST eat breakfast to get your metabolism going! (ever notice you eat more during the day when you have breakfast? That’s a good thing.) Go for yogurt and fruit (or make your own smoothies), whole grain bread w sugar free jelly, special k (or a similar cereal w splena and skim milk) or eggs without ketchup or syrup if you use it. Try to avoid omlettes unless you make them yourself with low fat/fat free cheese. If you’re out, avoid them, just get scrambled, over easy etc and a side of fruit, no homefries or bacon/ sausage/ pancakes! Add skim milk and splenda to coffee. Never use the coffee additives or the flavored half and half stuff that they claim is fat free, it may not have fat, but it has sugar! Also try to avoid Fraps and lattes from Starbucks and Dunkin; they have like a million calories! Instead get regular black coffee and add skim and splenda!

    7. Always go for steamed veggies and lean meat at lunch/dinner. Avoid potatoes, rice, pasta (unless whole grain or brown rice), thick sauces (ex alfredo), fried foods (like shrimp!). Most places are willing to substitute sides so don’t be afraid to ask for, like, steamed veggies instead or potatoes etc... Also, if you get seafood or chicken or something always go for broiled or grilled most restaurants are willing to do it any way you like! Never go for anything breaded like crab cakes/ fried shrimp etc. Also, tuna salad is great without the bread of course. Make it with light mayo and pepper!

    8. If you’re going to a deli for lunch, go for a sandwich either on whole wheat bread or regular bread and just eat the meat. Avoid fattening meats like salami, ham and cheese instead go for chicken (grilled or deli sliced) turkey (regular not honey roasted) and roast beef. Again, I’m pretty sure they don’t have light mayo, so go for mustard instead. Accompany your meat with a side of fruit like the mixed fruit bowls or a banana. They also have salads there that are made to order so go for them instead of the pre made kinds.

    9. Avoid sugar. Instead go for splenda. Avoid regular sodas and other soft drinks, go for diet and sugar free versions. The only sugar you should consume is god made sugar like fruits and veggies! If mother nature didn’t put it in, don’t eat it!

    10. Avoid carbs as much as possible and like I said if you must, eat whole wheat/ grain never white.

    11. If you have doubts about whether you should be eating it, DON’T. A lot of times we go out to eat and order something that we think there’s a possibility we shouldn’t be eating. My motto: When in doubt, Don’t!

    12. Possible the MOST IMPORTANT guideline: AVOID LIQUOR! This is my downfall, but if you stop drinking you will automatically lose weight. Part of the reason we gained weight in the first place is because of liquor. If you must, limit yourself to 2 and go for something like Bacardi and diet coke, lower in sugar! Or vodka cranberry, but not flavored vodka because it has extra sugar!
