Restaurants in the Quarter during Mardi Gras?

Antoine's is great as is Galatoire's and Brennan's is a staple for brunch on Sundays. Cafe du Monde is fun for sitting around. All are great classical N.O. places. Commander's Palace is also great. My suggestion is stick with the traditional winners and then expand to the newer restaurants for exploration!!!

Right off of Canal Place is an amazing restaurant called Cuvee. The food, atmosphere, wine, service, plating and presentation are all outstanding. I had the best meal of my life there.
