This question is about vitamins?
For some reason whenever I take One A Day for women I feel sick, nausea's. Is this normal? Has anyone ever experience this before while taking vitamin? If this is not normal should I just stop taking it? I want to take a multivitamin and I thought that One A Day for women was one of the best ones.
Do anyone have any recommendations? I know that I should talk to my doctor but I am just curious about this.
Please let me know.
Thank you for reading and responding.

It is unlikely (but not impossible) that your body reacts negatively to the vitamins. Therefore, I think it might be an allergic reaction to some other substance in the pills. They may contain filler material (often starch), gelatine, colouring, etc.
As you correctly said, your doctor will be able to test what is it.
What can you do? Well, just stop taking these pills. Eat more fruits and vegetables and a balanced diet - that's healthier anyway!
