You wouldn't be here to ask. Part of the knowledge of good & evil they received from eating the fruit was how to make babies. When the serpent told Eve that the fruit would make her like god he was referring to the ability to produce life. She got that power and gave birth to Cain and Abel and the rest.
Taking the fruit wasn't a sin, it was part of God's plan. If they hadn't taken the fruit there'd be no human race and the whole purpose of the creation would be lost.

God had told them to be fruitful and multiply (have children) and to cultivate the ground and extend the borders of paradise. He told them they could eat from any tree they wanted, except one. The punishment for eating from that tree would be death.
So, if they hadn't eaten from that tree, would they have died? Well, if you child follows the rules and behaves, do you punish them anyway?
If they never took from that tree, the earth would be a paradise, filled with perfect people.

Probably about the same if Pandora never opened up the box or Goldilocks not eating the porridge....

probably Adam and Eve would still be in paradise, and they would not have the commandment "go out and multiply and fill the earth"

For the umpteenth time: it was not an "apple". Read the story and learn something. It was "fruit". And, on top of that, it's allegorical. Good grief.

Nothing would change for it never happened. God created the world and then, much later man using the processes he placed on earth.
