Apple cider vinegar? Extra virgin coconut oil? Grapefruits? Have any of these things helped you lose weight?

As long as the coconut oil is unrefined and you don't eat more than a tablespoon a day, it's been found to actually have a beneficial effect on the thyroid and thus leads to weight loss. I've eaten it for years and always maintained a nice figure. Grapefruit is one of those things I love, but doesn't always work with some people's stomachs. I for one do not like apple cider vinegar but I've seen even gout helped by it in other people. It's a well known weightloss supplement.

extra virgin coconut oil made me gain weight also my hubby. grapefruit is goo if you stomach can handle that much acid all the time, you will lose some weight. apple cider vinegar ,same as the grapefruit, works but messed my stomach up after a week. too much acid, but does work for the last two.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a huge load of crap.
The others have shown to have benefits in appropriate amounts.
