Will L.A. get an NFL team?
Do you think Los Angeles will ever get a NFL team, and if so, when and what would they be called?

They will eventually, but it will never work out. L.A. doesn't want a team. They won't accept a new team, cause they will suck, and they won't accept a team that has moved. Cause it won't be "their" team.
The NFL won't allow the L.A. to continue to go on without a team, but I don't see much choice in the matter. The only team that I can see moving and having any real kind of support from the local area is the Rams. The Rams were there from 1946-1994. Yeah, the Rams were originally out of Cleveland before they moved to Los Angeles, but that was an incredibly long time ago. The Rams soon developed quite a following. After the Rams left, it left many Californians feeling like they were jilted at the altar.
California can handle 4 teams. The state is big enough to handle two teams a measly bay away from each other, I think it can handle 4 teams statewide. Besides, California is so big and long, each area is like their own state. Northern Californians are way different from Central and Southern Californians. An so on and so forth.

I really don't think that California will have a 4thy football team. The most any one state has it 3. And, since is it highly unlikely that there is going to be another football team MADE, then one is going to have move to LA. And, that just means that one state will have one less football team. I just don't think it will work. BUT, if for some reason they do move a football team to LA, I think it would be some team from a state the has 2 football teams. That leaves that state 1 football team. It will also probably be a state that doesn't have much of a population, or the team is running out of money because the other team in that state (or a team that is close by) is better and has more fans, which means it gets more money. The only teams that I can see moving are the Bengals or the Browns. The Bengals are close to the Colts (who dominate the fan base) and the Browns are close to the reigning Super Bowl champions and Steelers. The Ravens, Redskins and Eagles are all pretty close to eachother and I could see one of them moving as well.

Not any time soon. The idea of LA getting a franchise hinges on them building a stadium. Seeing as how the entire state of California is bankrupt, I do not see the state and local governments issuing bonds to cover any part of building one. That would mean that the money would have to come solely from the investors. I also can't see any bank out there right now financing a project of this magnitude. So, unless a group of billionaires come together to build a state of the art facility, don't look for the NFL to return to L.A. Besides, USC is just as popular as most NFL teams in California right now, and I cannot see the NFL wanting to compete with a college team and possibly losing in marketing and merchandise sales.
Maybe when lending gets to be a little easier and California gets back on track.

LA cannot support a team with the fickle fans down there. They only support a sports team when it is winning. Look at the last couple of years the Gayders were there and since they weren't very good the stands were almost empty. I've seen more spectators at a high school football game. It's a shame that it is like that down there, but with all of the entertainment choices the people have there, they will not spend there $ on a team that doesn't perform.

NO because we have a Bad Economy they won't Support the Team and I believe the Saints, Vikings, Chargers and Jaguars will work out a deal at home so NO NFL Team for LA.

Patriots. Although they do not win every year, They are ALWAYS close, they are the best franchise in the NFL for over a decade. They always put on a show win or lose and they have many likeable players. New England is not just a city it represents a nation!

They will when the city or county decides to finance a new stadium with plenty of luxury boxes, say, for a 1/2 of a billion dollars.
