2003 MLB drug testing list?
There is currently one major league player in the Hall of Fame that could have been part of the 2003 steroid testing list. Rickey Henderson was a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2003. Let me make this clear. I don't think he's on the list. But if he was on that list what do you think baseball would do?

Nothing.
There were no MLB penalties in 2003.
The Hall has no stated policy regards PEDs. It only addresses players who are under permanent ineligibility. PED users today need three violations to get there. No one has yet gotten to a second.
So, baseball would do nothing.
The media, on the other hand, would go into full-blast drama queen overdrive.

Nothing, because that list contains only the names of randomly chosen MLB players that were tested, and not their results. If anyone on that list were positive besides Alex Rodriguez, then the stories would contain their names. So far, it looks like only Alex showed up as positive for that round of testing.

As much as I hate steroids even if Rickey Henderson was positive he wouldn'tt get kicked out but most people would disrespect him.
