I have been told countless times that even when Im completely out of my mind drunk it is very difficult to tell that I am drunk. I remember everything I do, everywhere I go and everything I say to who I speak to and why. I don't make odd calls at odd times and if in a group situation I am often asked to be the designated driver well after its not safe to drive - to which I answer no Im drunk, and I have a tough time convincing people. There used to be these machines you can blow in with a straw and they read your blood alcohol level from your breath - this would be the only way to convince some people.
So I guess my answer would be - There's no change.
